I hereby consent that the photographs taken by Monica Lynn Design may be used by Monica Lynn Design for portfolio images, samples, and promotions on the Photographer's website, blog, and/or printed material. I also agree that the images can be used without additional compensation to the undersigned. I am of full age and have the right to contract in my own name. If I am under 18, I have permission from a parent/guardian and they have signed below. I have read this model release and fully understand the contents thereof. This release shall be binding upon me and my heirs, legal representatives and assigns.

I have legal authority to grant these permissions and I accept all responsibilities for such.

Terms & Conditions

It is understood that Monica Lynn Design is the exclusive photographer retained to perform the photographic services requested on this contract.

The time and date agreed upon for the session will be reserved upon receipt of signed contract and deposit (if required).

Deposits are refundable if photographer cancels due to inclement weather or illness. Deposits are non-refundable for no-shows. If a client cancels, the deposit will be transferred over to a future session.
If, in the opinion of the photographer, inclement weather or other adverse conditions, including illness or equipment malfunction, prevent the creation of a portrait meeting the artistic standards of the photographer, photographer may elect to use an alternate location or reschedule the session.
If the client is unable to keep the appointment date, the photographer should be notified as soon as possible to reschedule.
Photographer is not responsible for any injuries and/or damages inflicted upon any participating parties or property. Client(s) will be responsible for themselves and their children and indemnifies photographer from any claims against their person or their business.

If there are any costs and/or fees associated with the location the client has chosen for the session, the client will be responsible for those fees.

Photographer will deliver edited digital images (via password-protected online gallery) within two weeks of session.

Copyright

It is illegal to alter (crop/edit) any image created by Monica Lynn Design. The photographer is the exclusive copyright owner of all images and reserves the right to alter them as well as use them for promotion and advertising. This includes, but is not limited to: using images on Facebook, Instagram, Blog, Website, Personal Portfolio, Printed Literature, Pinterest, etc.
